ARCA foundation till present
As a response to the needs of all businesses from all over the world working in the Middle East, the founder of ARCA, Abdul Munem Al Rubaie who qualified as B. Com. Hons. (Accounting) – Leeds, England and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales ( ICAEW ) and taught at many Universities in the Middle East and setup first office (with other Partners in Baghdad, Iraq in the mid 1970’s, then in the Abu Dhabi in 1979 and in Dubai in 1980 while many other offices were consolidated into the present offices in prestigious locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The needs of the International and Local Companies served by ARCA since the 1970s up to the present are in the fields of Set up of Business, Accounting, Auditing, Consultancy expertise reports up to Liquidation.
